Opaque water-based ink from the AMEX TEXPRINT range, for direct screen printing on textiles. Semi-matt finish, suitable for light and coloured grounds and for 100% cotton.

Preparation and printing
Ready to use. Can be thinned with water up to a maximum of 5%. Adding up to 5% white spirit improves printability. Print through a 62 T/cm mesh; for best opacity and colour brightness set off-contact and squeegee pressure so the ink film stays on the surface of the substrate. Recommended emulsions: SCREEN-SOL Q BLU and SCREEN-SOL GK BLU. Not suitable for wet-on-wet printing. Adding TEXPRINT RETARDER GEL may lengthen air-curing times and reduce overall fastness.
Curing
140 °C for 3 minutes for maximum wash fastness.
Cleaning and storage
Wash tools with water. Kept in the original container between 15 and 25 °C it retains its properties for 1 year from the production date.
Always test the product and the print before running production.
This shade
Opaque base to be tinted with TEXPRINT COLORANTI. Excellent opacity, printable up to 77 T/cm, good elasticity, soft hand, low tack. Complies with Oeko-Tex Standard 100.
