Two-component solvent-based epoxy screen printing ink with a glossy finish.
Applications
Particularly suited to printing on aluminium, glass, polyethylene, pre-treated polypropylene, polycarbonate and all chemically resistant materials.

Catalysis (required before use)
- 25% BI-EPOXI CATALYST for colours and metallics
- 50% BI-EPOXI CATALYST for the transparent and the process colours
- 10% BI-EPOXI CATALYST S across the whole range, specifically for plastic substrates
Printing and drying
Mesh from 77 to 120 T/cm, manual or automatic. Oven drying at 150 °C for 20 minutes, or air drying at room temperature in 48 hours.
Thinning
Minimum recommended thinning 5–10%. The choice of thinner depends on printing speed and ambient temperature: THINNER 301 R (fast), 302 M (medium), 303 L (slow), RETARDER 304.
Cleaning
Wash tools with SOLVENTE 105.
Always run application tests before production.
Safety
Solvent-based product: wear gloves and suitable protective equipment, work in a ventilated area, and keep away from open flame.
