Metallic base from the BI-EPOXI range: a two-component solvent-based epoxy screen ink with a glossy finish, for aluminium, glass, polyethylene, pre-treated polypropylene, polycarbonate and chemically resistant materials.
Catalysis
As for the metallics in the range: 25% BI-EPOXI CATALYST, or 10% BI-EPOXI CATALYST S on plastic substrates.
Printing and drying
Mesh 77 to 120 T/cm. Oven at 150 °C for 20 minutes, or air at room temperature in 48 hours. Minimum thinning 5–10% with THINNER 301 R / 302 M / 303 L.
Cleaning
Wash tools with SOLVENTE 105.
Safety
Solvent-based product: wear gloves and suitable protective equipment, work in a ventilated area, and keep away from open flame.
