Plastisol ink from the AMEX PLAST PF range, opaque with a glossy finish, for textile screen printing.

Preparation
Ready to use – stir well before printing. All colours in the range can be mixed with each other in any ratio; do not mix more than three bases at a time. For a more matt result and a softer hand add up to 60% PLAST PF TRASPARENTE.
Printing and curing
Set off-contact and squeegee pressure carefully for best opacity and shade. Recommended emulsion: SCREEN-SOL QT BLU. Cure at 150–160 °C for 2–3 minutes. Always check curing conditions: only a fully fused film delivers the final properties.
Cleaning
Clean tools with SOLVENTE 105.
Note: plastisol inks do not withstand dry cleaning or direct ironing.
This shade
Final highlight white. Opacity 5/5 with high brightness, elasticity 3/5, printability 4/5, flash cure 3/5. Max 62 T/cm mesh.
Safety
Wear gloves when handling and cleaning up with solvent. Work in a ventilated area.
